PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE TAKEOVER RULES AND
THE SUBSTANTIAL ACQUISITION RULES
The Irish Takeover Panel has today published a public consultation paper which proposes amendments to various provisions of the Takeover Rules and the Substantial Acquisition Rules.
The Panel is inviting comments on the proposed amendments set out in this consultation paper. Comments should reach the Panel by 28 February 2022 and should be sent in the manner set out in the consultation paper.
