PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE TAKEOVER RULES AND
THE SUBSTANTIAL ACQUISITION RULES
On 21 December 2021 the Panel published a consultation paper which proposed various amendments to the Takeover Rules and the Substantial Acquisition Rules.
The Panel has today published on its website a response statement setting out additional amendments to the Takeover Rules and the Substantial Acquisition Rules which the Panel proposes to adopt following a review of submissions received in response to the consultation paper.
